With all the essential amenities in St Stephano a short walk away along a rough track (uneven in places), the villa is also within easy reach of a range of leisure facilities in neighbouring resorts, from excellent water sports in Kalami to horse riding and dinghy sailing from Avlaki, and tennis and nightlife in Kassiopi, all within a 5km to 9km drive.
