2024 - A year to celebrate!

What a year 2024 has been with the expansion of our team, some fabulous resort visits, wonderful feedback from our clients, and lots of exciting plans for the future. We thought we’d share a quick round-up of our 2024 achievements to celebrate our success.

We were delighted to receive the 2024 Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo, demonstrating our commitment to outstanding customer service. It is the 4th year running that we have received this award, and we are extremely proud of our team for all their hard work. We were also awarded Luxury European Resort Experts of the Year, which recognises our expertise in this area, and our dedication to providing the very best resort villa experiences.

March saw the rebrand and launch of our La Manga Club Resort website. With a fresh new logo and an updated design, it brings together the best of the resort, showcasing a wide variety of La Manga villa rentals, apartments, and the Grand Hyatt hotel. Packed with information to help you make the very most of your La Manga Club holiday, it makes it easy to plan your trip whether it’s filled with sporting activities, or a relaxed escape doing as little as possible! Our concierge team are always on hand to book any extras, whether that’s a round of golf, a special meal, or a full package including flights and transfers. In May, Vikki & Sarah enjoyed a few nights at the beautiful Aphrodite Hills Resort. They were well and truly spoiled with a stay in a fabulous Elite Villa, some exceptional food, relaxing spa treatments and even time for a round of golf. They also managed to fit in a visit to the impressive Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort, to familiarise themselves with everything the resort has to offer. Needless to say, the beauty, culture, and warmth of Cyprus left a lasting impression, and it’s safe to say they’ll be back for a return visit in the near future!

We welcomed Deborah to our team in October. With over 20 years’ experience in the travel industry, Deborah has a passion for luxury travel and has spent many years creating bespoke experiences for her clients. She began her journey at Just Resorts with a trip to La Manga Club Resort, where she enjoyed a stay at the fabulous Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa. With time to view some of our resort villas and apartments, along with experiencing resort facilities including the Alma’ Spa, The Racquets Club and championship golf courses, she can now add La Manga Club Expert to her list of credentials.

The travelling continued with a team trip to Portugal to experience the very best the Algarve has to offer, which included stays at the popular Martinhal Sagres, and the stunning Pine Cliffs Resort. They experienced wonderful Algarvian hospitality, sampled some outstanding restaurants, and enjoyed a breathtaking sunset from the champagne bar. They also found time to visit some new resorts which we’ll be adding to our collection very soon, so watch this space.

In addition to the upgrades we have made to our customer-facing websites, we have also made some significant changes to our administration systems this year. Following a period of staff training, we have successfully implemented a new back-office system which will help us improve efficiency and streamline our processes, enabling us to deliver a smooth and seamless client experience.

Looking ahead to 2025…

As we step into 2025 the momentum continues, and we’re excited to announce some more exciting developments for Just Resort Villas. We will be expanding our resort villa collection to include the stunning destinations of the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Peninsula, bringing you closer to paradise with exclusive resorts in Mauritius, the Maldives and Dubai. Known for crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and vibrant cultures, these destinations are the perfect addition to our portfolio.

We are also currently working on a new Aphrodite Hills Resort website, which will provide a more intuitive, user-friendly interface, making it easier than ever to browse our range of resort villas and apartments, explore everything the resort has to offer, and plan your Aphrodite getaway.
