Accommodation

From Italian-style kitchen units, to lavish marble bathrooms and marble or parquet flooring, no detail has been overlooked in the design and styling of this villa.

Enter the villa into an expansive open-plan living/dining area, and admire the stunning views from full length windows which seamlessly connect the interior to the pool terrace and the landscape beyond. The tastefully furnished living space features a comfortable sofa paired with an elegant armchair, a flat-screen TV on a sleek low cabinet, and simple decor with stylish design details. The dining area features a contemporary dining table and chairs, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high-gloss units and all the necessary utensils and appliances, including an electric oven and hob, integrated dishwasher, and microwave.

The ground floor also features one bedroom with twin beds (zip & lock) as well as a shower room and a guest WC.

On the upper level, the generous master bedroom suite is beautifully furnished, featuring a king-size bed, TV, dresser, and coordinating side tables. It opens up to a private balcony that provides a glimpse of the shimmering sea, perfect for a morning coffee. The spacious en-suite bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.

Further along the hallway, you'll find two additional bedrooms. One is a spacious double room, while the other offers twin beds that can be zipped and locked together. Each bedroom boasts its own en suite bathroom, one with sea views and the other overlooking the surrounding hillside.

On the lower level you will find the fifth bedroom, which features double bed and en-suite shower room, and also a laundry room with high quality washing machine and dryer.

Doors open from the lounge onto a sheltered veranda, complete with a table and chairs. To the side of the villa is a barbecue area equipped with a gas barbecue, ideal for preparing delightful al-fresco meals. This shaded retreat also offers comfortable chairs perfect for moments of relaxation. Zimi Trattoria – Located in the Village Square is the ideal choice for families who are looking for a quick and tasty meal, or for those wanting to enjoy a casual meal among friends. A medley of salads, pizzas, pasta and traditional local homemade Italian dishes are available, made with only the freshest of ingredients. All pizzas are cooked in a wood-fire oven.
