OVERVIEW

This opulent Junior Villa is positioned in an exceptional location, offering unobstructed views across the valley towards the sea. The furnishings and surroundings are held to a high standard.

Accommodation

The open-plan living/dining area is adorned in rich colours and embellished with attractive, large pictures, lamps, and ornaments, contributing to the sumptuous ambience. The living space boasts large, comfortable sofas, perfect for unwinding by the flat screen TV while enjoying the refreshing breeze through the French doors. The dining area showcases a sizeable solid wood table and matching chairs, separated from the kitchen by a convenient granite-topped sideboard. The cherry wood kitchen units are well-equipped with all essential utensils and appliances, including a coffee machine, fitted electric oven and hob, and an integrated dishwasher.

Two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. The first room features a king-size bed positioned by the French doors leading directly to the terrace by the pool. The luxurious en-suite bathroom is beautifully fitted, incorporating "his and hers" sinks set in a marble vanity unit. The second bedroom on the ground floor is a twin, featuring an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms exhibit tasteful neutral decor, creating a delightful fresh and cool feel.

The master bedroom suite, with a king-size bed, is situated on the first floor. The same neutral decor theme persists, and the high, pitched ceiling imparts a particularly light and airy feel to the room. The deluxe en-suite bathroom is extremely spacious, showcasing a long marble vanity unit with "his and hers" sinks, a bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The bedroom offers both a small private balcony and access to the expansive first-floor terrace, fully furnished with a table, chairs, and a sofa set, strategically placed to face the view of the sparkling azure sea.

The high standards extend to the outdoor spaces. A covered veranda extends from the lounge, furnished with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining, along with comfortable sofas for relaxation in the shade. A pool-side deck, equipped with sunbeds, presents superb views over the unspoiled valley towards the sea, and the inviting swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer's day. For cooler weather, the pool can be heated if required*.

Additionally, a large communal pool is available for guests, and the village square, spa, golf clubhouse, and tennis academy are all within walking distance, making this an exceptionally desirable choice.

Zimi Trattoria – Located in the Village Square is the ideal choice for families who are looking for a quick and tasty meal, or for those wanting to enjoy a casual meal among friends. A medley of salads, pizzas, pasta and traditional local homemade Italian dishes are available, made with only the freshest of ingredients. All pizzas are cooked in a wood-fire oven.
