OVERVIEW

AR01 stands as an exquisite 3-bedroom Junior Villa situated in the Alexander Heights complex of the Aphrodite Hills Resort. As the newest addition to the Alexander Heights project, this Junior Villa epitomises top-tier luxury and enjoys a central location, mere steps away from the Resort's Village Square, along with its comprehensive range of facilities and amenities.

Accommodation

This ground-floor Apartment provides expansive living spaces and is fully equipped with contemporary amenities, brand-new fixtures, and a luxurious finish, all conveniently on a single level. The unit comprises one double bedroom with direct access to an en suite bathroom and shower, along with two twin-bedded rooms that share the second bathroom with a shower. The option to convert one of the twin bedrooms into a double room is available, as the beds can be zipped together to create a double bed.

The villa boasts its private pool, terrace, and garden space, and residents can also access the communal pool at Alexander Heights. The terrace is perfect for delightful alfresco dining, complemented by the convenience of a built-in BBQ.

Thoughtfully designed to facilitate an effortless lifestyle, AR01 features concealed air conditioning throughout, providing a comfortable and spacious living environment with lounge and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen, situated off the lounge, incorporates all the modern appliances necessary for the self-catering holiday requirements of this unit, which accommodates up to 6 persons.

• 5 hours complimentary access to the Aphrodite Hills Rentals Kids Club, per property, for stays of seven nights or more. Pre-booking required. Baby crèche excluded.
• Mid-stay cleaning service provided in all property types for stays of 7 nights or more.

Aphrodite Hills Resort provides a superb selection of restaurants and bars. With 7 to choose from, each restaurant specialises in a different cuisine, ensuring there is something for everyone's taste.

Zimi Trattoria – Located in the Village Square is the ideal choice for families who are looking for a quick and tasty meal, or for those wanting to enjoy a casual meal among friends. A medley of salads, pizzas, pasta and traditional local homemade Italian dishes are available, made with only the freshest of ingredients. All pizzas are cooked in a wood-fire oven.

Pithari Tavern – This traditional Greek Cypriot Taverna located in the Village Square and open for dinner offers an authentic experience, with indigenous dishes, either as fresh customary mezes or delicious à la carte.

Ladi & Rigani - This traditional Cypriot Kebab House is situated in the Village Square and is a casual and family-friendly outdoor restaurant, offering traditional Cypriot Souvlaki and a selection of Doner Kebabs. Sit back and relax at traditional Greek tables, whilst enjoying the authentic food. The whole concept is designed to submerge guests into a world where the feeling is purely Greek.
