Accommodation

This stylish property is decorated in neutral tones with colourful highlights and has high quality furniture throughout.

The open-plan living/dining room features a comfortable sofa and armchair and solid oak dining table with 6 leather chairs. The room is complemented by coordinating blinds and curtains and striking paintings which dominate the walls. Sets of French doors lead out to the pool terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces and modern stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and electric oven and hob.

Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom, furnished with twin beds and offering direct access to the pool terrace through shuttered French doors. Adjacent is a shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.

A staircase leads up to the master bedroom which is luxuriously furnished with a king size bed. Coordinating cushions and pictures add splashes of colour to the modern neutral décor, and the high ceiling and 2 picture windows make the room light and airy. French doors lead out to a private terrace overlooking the pool. The en-suite full bathroom completes the facilities.

Outside, enjoy al fresco dining on the furnished terrace, or relax on the sun loungers beside the magnificent 8m x 4m private swimming pool. Of course, should you tire of simply relaxing in these beautiful surroundings you'll find a wide selection of the Resort’s amenities and activities within just a couple of minutes stroll of this conveniently located villa.

Zimi Trattoria – Located in the Village Square is the ideal choice for families who are looking for a quick and tasty meal, or for those wanting to enjoy a casual meal among friends. A medley of salads, pizzas, pasta and traditional local homemade Italian dishes are available, made with only the freshest of ingredients. All pizzas are cooked in a wood-fire oven.
