Located above the 10th hole on the North Golf Course this resort villa has been refurbished to a high standard and offers guests the ultimate luxury holiday experience. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with a private pool (optional heating available at an additional cost), this property boasts a variety of outside seating areas to relax and enjoy the shade or sun, alfresco dining and sundowners!

Enter the property via electrically operated gates where you will find ample parking. The Main house comprises of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and there is a separate annex that houses an additional bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen area.

MAIN HOUSE: GROUND FLOOR

• Open plan lounge/kitchen with sofas, TV and coffee table. Kitchen with all white goods (washing machine is in a cupboard just outside the front door), Nespresso coffee machine and breakfast bar with seating for 10.
• Patio doors lead to a terrace overlooking the pool with outside dining table and chairs for 10 and built-in seating area.

MAIN HOUSE: SECOND FLOOR

• Bedroom with king size bed, wardrobes and patio doors to balcony. En-suite shower room with twin sinks and WC

ANNEX

• With ground floor access to bedroom (king size bed – can be made up as twins), bathroom and lounge with kitchen area.
