A Serious Thumbs Up For Gloria Serenity Resort, Turkey

Last month Vikki and Gerry Ashton celebrated the birthday of their nine year old twins Max and Ellie by enjoying a family holiday to the Gloria Serenity Resort in Turkey. We sat down with Vikki and Gerry on their return, with both looking a lovely shade of golden brown. Vikki commented: 'This was our second visit to this amazing resort and was even more fantastic the second time around. We stayed all-inclusive in pool side 2 bedroom villa, which was spacious and well furnished. The terrace had the benefit of a Jacuzzi which the kids absolutely loved. The all-inclusive concept was the best ever and I couldn't believe it included room service and all products in the mini bar which were restocked every day with branded crisps, chocolate, soft drinks and spirits."

The most impressive aspect about the resort is not just the quality of the numerous a la carte restaurants and the fresh and varied daily buffets but the space! The resort is large but everything seems only a couple of minutes walk away."

"Our kids hired bikes for the week, and had immense fun cycling safely around the resort, there are also lots of golf buggies on hand so you can flag a lift down at any time. The resort was completely full during our stay but there was lots of beach beds and no queues at the water park! The staff were attentive, polite and very willing to do anything to help you."

Did Gerry Echo Vikki's Thoughts?

"Absolutely" he enthused. "We'd never done all-inclusive before last year and to have such a wide variety of great branded drinks and snacks was a real breath of fresh air. Everything was included too. The only extras on our bill when we checked out where the 2 bikes we hired and the Gogi Jungle adventure. It was fantastic value for money. We are definitely returning again in May - the weather was just perfect - 27 degrees every day and not a cloud in the sky." With an endorsement like that - who could blame anyone for visiting!
