Built on two levels, this stunning four-bedroom Villa is situated between the 3rd and 4th holes of Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and has beautiful sea views from the master bedroom and the outside patio area. It boasts over 350 square metres of covered area and is furnished in a simple, contemporary style. The property features under-floor heating and cable TV.

On the first floor is the spacious master bedroom which has a stunning furnished terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. An en-suite marble bathroom has a large walk-in shower cubicle, double vanity unit and WC.

The second bedroom is also located on the first floor and features two single beds. The large windows open to the outside veranda, which overlooks the pool and golf fairways of the 3rd and 4th holes. A spacious en-suite bathroom is available which features two vanity sinks, a separate large shower cubicle and a bath with shower.

The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and boasts an en suite marble bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is also located on the ground floor. It features two single beds and is connected to the large patio area of the pool. It features an en suite marble bathroom with a bath and shower.

The open plan lounge and dining area boasts a double height wooden ceiling - a feature which gives the ultimate feeling of grandeur to any guest. Eight sets of double doors lead out to the patio area where the inviting overflow swimming pool awaits.

The exceptionally large patio area around the pool features a built-in barbeque, a single sink and cupboards.
