Accommodation

The open plan living area is bright and spacious with French doors opening directly to the pool terrace. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV, and dining table with 4 matching chairs. The modern kitchen is separated by a granite sideboard and offers all the conveniences you need to enjoy your holiday including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and hob. The washing machine is housed in a handy utility cupboard nearby.

A hallway leads to the first bedroom, which is tastefully furnished with twin beds (these can be made up as a king bed if preferred) and has French doors leading to the pool terrace. Opposite is a full family bathroom with shower.

The Master Bedroom is on the first floor and features a king bed (zip-lock), with French doors leading to an upper terrace which is furnished and ideal for relaxing. An ensuite bathroom with shower completes the facilities.

Outside, the kidney shaped swimming pool is bordered by a paved terrace with artificial grass ideal for children to play. There are sunbeds for relaxation, or you can enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace at the outdoor dining table complete with 6 chairs.

The Village Square with it’s restaurants, shops and children’s playground is only 7-8 minutes stroll, as is the golf clubhouse and spa.

Overall, this is a beautiful property perfect for a family holiday and to enjoy the Cypriot sunshine.
